Kitchen remedies
Leave small blisters intact; cool clean water rinse; honey as a natural dressing; aloe gel; pad with clean gauze; well-fitting shoes and cotton socks to prevent more
Featured herbs
Aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis), Turmeric (Curcuma longa) [antiseptic], Neem (Azadirachta indica) [topical], Honey [wound tradition], Coconut oil [barrier]
How to prepare
Do not pop an intact blister — it is a natural sterile dressing. Clean gently, apply a little honey or aloe and cover with clean gauze. If it bursts on its own, clean, apply antiseptic (dilute neem/turmeric) and cover. Prevent with barrier balm and proper footwear.
Cautions
Do not deliberately burst blisters, especially in people with diabetes or poor circulation. Watch for infection.
