Walk into any chemist in Bengaluru and you can buy a bottle of almost anything: vitamin D, ashwagandha, a probiotic, a brahmi syrup. Most will be half-finished in a kitchen drawer by next month. Nobody measured anything before or after; the only certainty is that the bottle was paid for. This is the problem a 90-day wellness programme exists to solve, and it is why Farmicine's slogan is we sell wellness, not pills.
Why is a pill the wrong unit?
A capsule has no context. It does not know whether your tiredness is low iron, a thyroid drifting out of range, four hours of sleep or a rice lunch at 2 pm. It does not know what else you take, whether you ate it with ghee or on an empty stomach, or whether anything has changed after six weeks. A pill is a single ingredient; your wellness is a pattern. Farmicine's whole approach — find the dominant root cause among twelve patterns, food first, the smallest useful stack, measure, stay with you — simply cannot fit inside a bottle. It needs time and a structure. Ninety days is the structure.
Why 90 days, not 30 or 365?
Because ninety days is the shortest span in which real change shows and the longest most people will commit to without seeing it. Vitamin D rises measurably in eight to twelve weeks. Bacopa's memory trials ran twelve weeks. Ashwagandha and saffron trials ran six to eight. HbA1c reflects the previous three months of blood sugar by definition. A new habit — the walk after dinner, the vegetables before rice — takes two to three months to stop feeling like effort. Thirty days is too short to judge anything but an acute aid like L-theanine; a year is too long to ask for before you have felt anything. Ninety days is honest for both sides.
What happens at Day 0, Day 45 and Day 90?
- Day 0 — the baseline. A short symptom and habit questionnaire, your sleep and energy on a one-to-ten scale, and where relevant a lab report: vitamin D in ng/mL, B12 in pg/mL, ferritin, HbA1c, a lipid profile, TSH. You upload it to the Bloodwork Reader and it becomes your starting line.
- Day 45 — the mid-point. No labs, just the questionnaire again and one question for every item in your stack: has this earned its place? Anything that has not is removed or replaced. Anything that has caused a problem is stopped. The food and routine pieces are adjusted.
- Day 90 — the re-check. The questionnaire, the same labs where relevant, and a plain comparison against Day 0 in the Good Life dashboard. Then a decision together: continue, step down to maintenance, or stop.
What is a shrinking stack?
Most supplement regimes grow. Each new article adds a bottle; nothing is ever taken away. Farmicine runs the opposite rule. You start with the smallest useful stack — often two or three items, chosen for your root cause, never a dozen. At Day 45 the stack can only get smaller or stay the same, unless a re-check shows a clear gap. At Day 90 the goal is to have corrected what was correctable — the vitamin D that was 12 ng/mL, the ferritin that was 9 — and to be left with food, routine and perhaps one maintenance item. A programme that ends with fewer capsules than it started with is a programme that worked. One that ends with more is a sales funnel.
How do the solution packages work?
Farmicine offers fifteen solution themes — gut, blood sugar, stress, mind, bone, skin, cardiovascular and the rest — and each is available as a solution package: ₹3,000 for three months or ₹6,000 for six months. The price includes the products in your stack for that theme and the advisory around them: the AI Wellness Assistant, the Day 0/45/90 re-checks, the food plan built on Indian meals, and the dashboard. Six months exists because some themes — bone, hormonal rhythm, long-standing metabolic drift — need two cycles to show their shape. If you want the advisory alone, without products, the Farmicine Advisory starts from ₹100 a month. There are no hidden add-ons at the re-checks; if the stack shrinks, the next cycle costs less, not more.
What does "pause and cancel honesty" mean?
A subscription is a relationship, not a trap. Pause, change and cancel are one-tap operations in your account, plainly visible, and nothing auto-renews silently forever; you re-confirm rather than get quietly billed. If you are travelling for Diwali, pause. If a re-check shows you no longer need a theme, stop. We would rather you leave easily and come back than stay resentfully. Retention built on an exit that is hard to find is not retention; it is a complaint waiting to happen.
What does "we sell wellness, not pills" actually mean?
It means the unit we sell is the outcome and the companionship, not the capsule count. Food comes first and the plate is Indian — dal, curd, millets, methi, haldi in ghee. Every claim carries its evidence tier and its honest clock. We work with your doctor, not around them: anything that looks like a red flag goes to the clinic before it goes to the cart. And the best outcome for us is the same as for you: a smaller stack, a steadier body, and a long relationship built on being told the truth.
When to see a doctor. A programme is wellness support, not medical care. See a doctor before starting if you have a condition under medical care, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take regular medicines; and see one promptly, programme or not, for unexplained weight loss, chest pain or breathlessness, blood in stool or urine, a lump, a fever that lasts, persistent low mood, or any lab value your report flags as outside range. Farmicine programmes run alongside your doctor's care, never instead of it.

Frequently asked
What is included in a ₹3,000 solution package?
Three months of the products in your stack for one solution theme, plus the advisory around them: the AI assistant, Day 0/45/90 re-checks, an Indian food plan and the dashboard.
Why would I choose six months for ₹6,000?
Some themes — bone, hormonal rhythm, long-standing blood-sugar drift — need two 90-day cycles to show their shape. The six-month package covers both.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, in one tap from your account, with nothing silently auto-renewed. Pause for travel, stop when a re-check shows you no longer need a theme.
Do I have to take many supplements?
No. You start with the smallest useful stack, usually two or three items, and at Day 45 it can only get smaller or stay the same unless a re-check shows a clear gap.
Is the advisory available without buying products?
Yes. Farmicine Advisory — the AI assistant, dashboard and Bloodwork Reader — starts from ₹100 a month on its own.
