What's bothering you?
Say it in your own words. A five-minute follow-up narrows it to the cause, the advisory answers your question, and the root cause lands on your map — the long-term part of Farmicine.

Start by answering a few questions
Your Good Life score blends three things: how many of your decade's corrections are in place, how your cellular pillars read from your answers, and how far into your plan you are. It moves every time you tell us more.
Built from your answers to the advisory, your age and your reports — and updated as you tell us more. Each heading links to the pattern behind it and the solution that fits.
Scores start from your answers and rise as corrections go in and reports confirm them. The assistant uses these to decide where a nutraceutical is worth suggesting — and where food alone should do the work.
Day 0 is your start date. At each re-check the assistant re-asks the questions that matter, you re-upload any report, and the stack shrinks if it can. A three-month plan has re-checks at Day 45 and 90; six and twelve months add quarterly reviews.

Tick what is in place. Items with a re-test window remind you when they fall due. Doctor-first checks are yours to order with your doctor; enter the numbers under "Reports & numbers" and the map updates.
Upload a lab report, or type the numbers from your doctor-first checks — blood pressure, HbA1c, lipids, thyroid, vitamin D, B12, ferritin. Each number sharpens the map and the scores.
Readings stay on your device (and in your profile when signed in). Critical values always mean see a doctor now.
The free Practice programme. Habits come from your answers, from Elevate trait pages, or type your own; the assistant checks in on them weekly.
Tell us how the plan feels. Every answer shapes the next 45 days; "worse" or "same" notes go to a nutritionist within two working days.
