AI Wellness Assistant

Ask anything. Get a food-first answer that knows your story.

Describe how you feel in your own words. The assistant names the pattern it suspects, answers food first with its evidence tier, learns from your feedback — and tells you, first, when a doctor should see you.

Part of Farmicine Advisory — ₹100 a month. Guests can try it. Emergencies: call 112.

Your long-term plan

Every answer you give here also fills your AI dashboard: the headings we intend to address, your cellular scores, your plan length. Start as a guest or sign in to keep it across devices.

Your feedback shapes the assistant

After each answer, tap 👍 or 👎 and say why. The assistant responds to it in the conversation; the editorial team reads every note.

Frequently asked

What can the AI Wellness Assistant answer?

Any question about a symptom, a food, a nutrient, a supplement, a lab value or a goal. It answers food-first from Farmicine's knowledge base, names the root-cause pattern it suspects, shows its evidence tier, and refers you to a doctor whenever something needs a clinic. It also has a Kitchen Pharmacy mode for home remedies and a parent-facing Kids & Parents mode.

Is it free?

Guests can try it. The full assistant — with your Good Life dashboard, your history remembered and one Bloodwork Reader upload a month — is the ₹100-a-month Farmicine Advisory.

How does feedback work?

After every answer you can mark it helpful or not and say why — too long, not relevant, you wanted food options, you wanted a doctor's view. The assistant responds to the feedback in the same conversation (for example by shortening or adding food options), and every piece of feedback goes to the Farmicine editorial team to improve the knowledge base.

Does it diagnose or prescribe?

No. It is educational nutrition and wellness guidance. It never diagnoses, never gives medicine doses, and in Kids mode gives no supplements or doses for children at all. Red flags stop the conversation and point to emergency care (112).
